The Helm of Sauron is made out of polystone and finished exactly to look like the original prop used in the movies. Although it appears very uncomfortable on the outside, it is padded on the inside so it can be worn. Its base is made out of wood and constructed to look like the neck of the dark lord himself. The helmet is almost two and a half feet tall, scaled down a bit to fit people of normal size. Even though, it would make a fearsome Halloween costume! The Gondorian War Shield of the Second Age is just as epic a replica. It is sized 40.5" X 20.5", making it one of United Cutlery's larger pieces. It is emblazoned with the unique white tree that we only get to see in one short scene in The Fellowship of the Ring. It is rather an obscure piece, but I will not argue with United Cutlery's choice to put it in production. The shield includes a blue banner of Gondor.
