It was a close race the whole way, but in the end, Samwise Gamgee came out on top with 36.36% of the votes. Bilbo Baggins was a close second with 31.82% of the votes, and Peregrin Took took third with 13.64% of the votes. Frodo Baggins and Meriadoc Brandybuck tied for last place with only 9.09% each.
