but then again, I may be mistaken. In a recent interview with Yahoo! Movies UK, Cate Blanchett said
"I was there [New Zealand] for eight days. So I don’t know whether I'm in the second film. I think I'm in the third…My three boys, my three sons, hope that I'm in them, but I honestly - hand on heart- can’t tell you."
It seems that Galadriel will not make an appearance in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, but will be in The Hobbit: There and Back Again.

And so you got the "no" answer from where, exactly?
ReplyDeleteIn the interview she said that she was unsure if she would be in the second movie, so I took that to mean that most likely she would not appear in The Desolation of Smaug
ReplyDeleteVery interesting. If Gandalf and Galadriel etc. have to evict The Necromancer and Gandalf has to get back in time for The Battle Of Five Armies then PJ is leaving himself a lot to do in that third film.
ReplyDeleteAnswer: You get another one of your telepathic cameo's.. like in Two Towers & The Return of the King... your good at those give all the right people the right mental pushes.
